Our Shoppe Policies

To ensure every bride receives our full attention and the best possible experience, we kindly ask that you keep the following guidelines in mind:

• Appointments are required to try on our gowns and bridesmaid dresses.
• Delivery times are typically 5 months for wedding gowns and 3 months for most other dresses. We recommend allowing an extra 2–3 months for alterations.
• Dresses are ordered according to manufacturers' size charts based on your closest body measurements.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of ordering. All gowns must be paid in full prior to the start of alterations.
• In-stock or sale dresses are paid in full at purchase and are considered final sale.
• Appointments are necessary for all alteration fittings. Alterations carry an extra charge; a maximum amount is quoted at the time of purchase.
• We provide complimentary steaming and pressing for your gown and purchased accessories.
